2008 Tryouts

Try outs for the 2008 Fall Season will be Saturday May 3 and Saturday May 10. 12-4pm. On May 3, we will be learning the tryout material. On May 10 we will be judging for the team. If you cannot make it to either day, please contact Coach Hep-Taylor at taylork@nausetschools.org to make other arrangements. We are very flexible! Please print out the tryout release (under links on the right). If you don't bring the tryout release on the first day (May 3) you won't be able to stunt, but you WILL be able to learn the material.

Uniform Fitting

I'll be down at the Middle School on Wed 6/20 for the 8th graders to be fit for uni's. Bring forms if you owe them to me.....

The 2007 Varsity Team!

READ THIS FIRST!!! There is a meeting scheduled!!!! It was a great day at tryouts. There is a lot of talent and it was difficult to pick. To all of those girls that did not make it, please consider trying out next year. The judges thought those girls that were cut DO have potential, just need to work at thier skills a little bit more. So practice your jumps, take tumbling classes and work out to increase your strength and body control. We hope to see you againg next year. You can pick up your judge sheets in E107, ori f you are at the Middle School I will leave them in the office. What you will find on the list is building groups. A typical building group is a flyer, 2 bases and a back base. Each group you see has one more added. that will be a rotated position. Also, during our first stunt camp in July we could switch things around. We have a meeting on Tuesday, May 22nd. You need to bring $50 if you made the team. This is a deposit for camp. Also, calendars and important forms will be given. The meeting is at 3:30pm AT THE MIDDLE SCHOOL!!! If you cannot make it, drop by my room or drop me an email. You will get your judge sheets then. Cut off was at a total score of 43 out of 66 possible points. Congrats to a special cheerleader that scored 57!! Now, to see the list, go to the eteamz site. This is like a scavenger hunt!

Judge Sheet

I am posting at the eteamz site the judge sheet so that you can see what we will be looking for on Saturday! You won't have to stay the whole time. Once you are judged, you're all done. We will NOT post the team on Saturday, but look for it posted here on the blog on Sunday noon time.
